Slav and his team worked on a bathroom expansion in our 1930s home that involved a roof dormer and full remodel. I could not speak more highly of Slav and his team! Slav was the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with. He was thorough, detailed, and made sure to communicate all changes or issues he encountered. He had wonderful suggestions for us throughout the process as well. His team was kind, polite, and hardworking. They even finished the project on time, if not slightly ahead of schedule. I would recommend Melco to anyone in the Twin Cities area!

In last two years I had many remodeling projects with different companies. Now I remodeled my master bathroom with MelCo and it was the best experience. Despite all demolishing and doing bathroom from the scratch, they kept everything as clean as possible. They were always in time, working full day, always let you know that they are done and leaving. Every stage of job was done as scheduled. Everything installed right and clean. They were helpful with suggestions, but never pushed to do it their way. Every job done professionally and with care. My bathroom is perfect!

We had a frozen pipe in our master bathroom upstairs and all the water brought down our living room ceiling. We had Melco rebuild the ceiling and updated our kitchen for us. They do wonderful work, were timely, and very responsive to our requests. Everyone on the work site was polite. I never thought I would actually consider it, but I actually love my knocked down ceiling. We will definitely use Melco for other projects again.

I have used many different companies over the years for large and small projects. I wish I had known about Melco before this project. They were always on time, courteous and clean workers that put in incredibly long days. I changed my plans several times and they were always accommodating. I received several quotes on this project and Melco was the best I received. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I was impressed with Slav from the beginning as he was the only contractor who returned my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. He was also very patient with all my iterations of the project, answering questions and revising his estimates. After I chose him as my contractor, he also worked willingly with my son-in-law and myself regarding parts of the project my son-in-law wished to perform for me. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Slav and his team, and I am delighted with the outcome of the project.

This is the first of many items I will have them do in my home. Everything from the owner showing up on time to give me the bid to working me into a fast turn around to the price was top notch. The worker showed up on time everyday, ask if it was ok to work late one day. The quality of the work and amount was more then worth the money. Top Notch 5+ stars Slav's worker was the best and owner followed up after he was done to make sure I was happy. Again will have them back over and over if this is a sign of the work they do.

Slav and his crew were punctual and did good good work. Slav's bid was competitive and his crew was working almost every day until completion. They added a bathroom upstairs in a tight former loft space, installed flooring to the upper level and wooden stairs. All of it looks really good, the bathroom is beautiful. I initially went with Slav because he returns calls, messages, etc... in a timely manner as opposed to a lot of contractors and I'm not disappointed. He's easy to work with and did a good job.

"Our project was a kitchen remodel, new garage. It was a big project and Slave and team hit the original timelines that he estimated at project start.
Slav is incredibly responsive and drives the project to completion. In previous remodel projects, there were days and sometimes weeks without activity. That is absolutely not the case with Slav and his crew. He pushed hard and his teams were sometimes working the weekend to drive the project to completion.
The quality of work was exceptional. If I had any concerns or questions, Slav to the time work understand my concerns and work through any corrections I found.
I would recommend Slav for any project you have and will happily use him again for my next project."

"Spending tens of thousands of dollars on a basement and main bath remodel was an unnerving process for me. I interviewed several contractors where some were unresponsive or gave me an estimate that gave me sticker shock.
Slav was informative and offered recommendations as how I could best accomplish my goals. He was patient and responsive to my several follow up questions regarding the project.
My project started on time and there were no delays during the construction process which was one of my major concerns. The job was done quickly and the craftsmanship was excellent. When minor issues did arise, Slav and his crew addressed them the following day.
I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my new family room, bathroom addition and makeover. My only regret is I waiting so long in having the remodel done."
